CapeBreaks is a Cape Town based letting agency specializing in newly renovated, contemporary styled self-catering accommodation. The apartments are selected and managed by us to ensure that our quality standards are met. All units are available for short-term holiday rentals as well as corporate short/medium term letting. They are ideally located for holidaymakers, business people and visiting academics.
All of our apartments are in the St Martini Gardens apartment complex which has 24 hour security, a laundry and its own beautiful private garden with a large pool. Secure parking is also available (on request).
St Martini Gardens is very centrally situated, close to the city centre as well as shops and restaurants and, although conveniently located on the intra-city bus routes, most of the city is easily accessible on foot. The apartments have views of either The Company’s Gardens, Table Mountain, the city or the private garden and pool. All linens are supplied and the apartments are serviced weekly (extra cleaning can also be arranged on request). They are fully equipped for self-catering guests and have satellite TV as well as WiFi connectivity.
Also available are new villas in Three Anchor Bay, Plettenberg Bay and Devils Peak, which are available for short and medium term holiday or corporate rentals throughout the year.
