Standard Terms

• The number of guests staying in an apartment may not exceed the number stipulated under the apartment information provided at the time of making the booking.
• Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
• No specific apartment is guaranteed when making a booking – only the apartment type/size.
• Check-in time: 14h00; check-out time: 10h00.  Please notify us regarding early arrival/late departure.
• An exit cleaning fee is due on arrival: R550 for studios; R650 for one-bedrooms and R750 for two-bedrooms. 
• Secure parking is available  and must be confirmed prior to arrival. The charge is R75 per night and is payable on arrival.
• All rates are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Rates do not include Bank Charges or Foreign Currency conversion fees.
• All bookings made within 14 days of arrival require a 50% deposit.
• All bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require full payment.
• Cancellation fees : Up to 14 days before arrival – no fee; within 14 days of arrival – 50% of reservation charge; within 7 days of arrival – 100% of reservation charge
